| 2 | Fit Reverse Chuck Jaws |
| Face end (This will be the camera end) | |
| Turn to 1330 D * 700 (This is the flange size) | |
| 3 | Fit Normal Chuck Jaws (1330 just fits these and provides better centering) |
| Center Drill (Telescope end prior to drilling through) | |
| Face end so that overall length is 2050 (Length of Long - All the same makes it easier) | |
| 4 | Drill to 9mm [Drill S] all the throught |
| Turn to 1250 D * 1250 (Maker 1250 length first then travel to it - Clean flange when finished | |
| 5 | Drill to 21mm (7/8") depth 1250 |
| 6 | Turn to 1250 D * 1250 (Maker 1250 length first then travel to it - Clean flange when finished |
| NOTE | For non Filter models skip to step 9 |
| 7 | Fit boring bar |
| Turn inside to 1100 D * 236 (6 Turns cross slide - One cut possible) | |
| 8 | Change to 0.6mm gears |
| Turn Boring Bar around | |
| Cut thread inside 10-20 thou - Check filter fit | |
| 9 | Change to Normal Gears |
| Turn work around | |
| Normal cuttling tool | |
| Turn neck to 500 - Mark 89 flange first - Face and clean flange when finished | |
| 10 | Die cut M12*0.5 thread (WD40 for cutting fluide) |
| 11 | For UWAS machine neck back to 315 |
| 12 | Deburr and Clean |
